About Em
Emily "Em" Haug is a graduate of Discoverypoint School of Massage, right here in Seattle, and has a Bachelor of Science degree in Physiology from the University of Washington. She is passionate about massage because of what an effective tool it can be to treat so many of the issues that people struggle with every day.
It is so hard not to feel comfortable in your own body, but Em's unique approach has provided relief and progress for many people. She likes to assess and address both the nervous system and the structural state of the body's soft tissues in order to create a comprehensive strategy to treat each individual client.

Em uses a number different modalities and techniques to provide a custom-tailored massage experience to every client. She takes aspects of myofascial release, Swedish massage, Thai massage, reflexology, structural integration, craniosacral therapy, cupping and more, to create a nuanced and targeted session that is designed to provide relief and support each client's body.
